Imaginative Play
Learn More About Imaginative Play
What is Imaginative Play?
Through cooperative play, children learn how to take turns, share responsibility, and creatively problem-solve. When your child engages in pretend (or imaginative) play, he or she is actively experimenting with the social and emotional roles of life. We know firsthand the challenges surrounding social situations, as well as the breakthroughs that can occur via quality pretend play.
Our research and experience have identified these products as important aids in developing the awareness, focus, and give-and-take necessary to social success in a variety of settings.
